The first shop that I went to was the Quilt Cove in Eagan. It was just down the road from my motel and a quick trip over my noon break was easy to do.
The shop has a nice selection of batiks and 30's repros as well as specialty prints. They have a selection of garment patterns, something that I am looking for. I have been to this shop before and they are very friendly and helpful.
The group of shops in the Metro Area are offering Charms if you purchase $10 or more at the shop.
